Webshop release date
The date we are allowed to deliver
The release date on our product page is the webshop release date. From this date, we are permitted to ship the products or make them available for pickup by appointment.
Allocation by Ravensburger
Availability may depend on allocation
New Disney Lorcana products may be supplied by Ravensburger based on allocation. The final quantity we receive may therefore differ from the originally requested quantity.

While we do our utmost to fulfill all accepted pre-orders, delivery can only be definitively guaranteed once our allocation has been confirmed and received.
Modified release date
Subject to official scheduling
Ravensburger may change a release date. When this happens, we will update the information on the product page as soon as possible. The new official schedule will then be leading.
Combining multiple products or release dates
The entire order will be shipped at once as soon as everything is available.
One order placed
For example, you order an in-stock product and a pre-order, or multiple pre-orders with different release dates.
Waiting for the last product
The order remains open until the product with the latest release date or availability date is ready.
Everything shipped together
Once all items are available, we will process and ship the complete order as one shipment.

Orders can be picked up by appointment once you have received a confirmation.
Only pick up after confirmation
Pickup in Almere is possible by appointment. Please only visit after we have confirmed that your order is ready. Pre-orders can be picked up from the applicable webshop release date, provided the products are available and you have received a pickup confirmation.

When will my in-stock order be shipped?
Orders consisting solely of in-stock products are processed as quickly as possible. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. During busy release periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Will I receive a Track & Trace code?
Yes. As soon as your order has been processed and registered with the carrier, you will receive the available Track & Trace information via email.
Does The Great Illuminary also ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping outside our standard shipping areas is possible upon request. Before ordering, please contact us and provide the desired products, quantities, and your full delivery address. We will then provide a personalized quote.

What happens if my order contains multiple release dates?
The entire order will be shipped once all products are available. The product with the latest release date therefore determines the shipping time of the complete order.
Can a stock product from my pre-order be shipped earlier?
We do not automatically deliver combined orders in parts. Therefore, place stock products and pre-orders in separate orders if you want to receive the stock products earlier.
Is the delivery of a pre-order always guaranteed?
Disney Lorcana products may be delivered based on allocation. We do our utmost to deliver accepted pre-orders, but we can only definitively guarantee this once our allocation has been confirmed and received.
What does webshop release date mean?
This is the official date on which we are allowed to ship the product from our webshop or make it available for pickup. This does not necessarily have to be the same date as a possible earlier sales opportunity through other channels.
What happens if Ravensburger changes the release date?
In that case, The Great Illuminary will follow the changed official schedule. We will adjust the release date on the product page as soon as possible.
Can I pick up my order in Almere?
Yes, pickup in Almere is possible by appointment. Always wait for our confirmation that the order is ready before you come to pick it up.
