A Character with Rush can normally challenge during the turn it was played, but may not quest immediately solely due to Rush.

No. The player who starts the game normally does not draw a card during the Draw Step of their very first turn.

A regular Constructed deck contains a minimum of 60 cards. While there isn't always a general maximum, many competitive decks use exactly 60 cards for greater consistency.
