This message is addressed to Illumineers who still have an open pre-order for products from SET 1.

Dear Illuminaer,

We would like to give you an update regarding the outstanding pre-orders of the SET 1 (The First Chapter) products. From the last conversations with the supplier it has been indicated that unsold stock from all countries may be collected and redistributed. Unfortunately we have not had any further updates on this. Since we still want to get clarity on this, we offer the following options:

1. Keep your pre-order for SET 1.
2. Cancel your pre-order.
3. Convert your pre-order to a gift card with no expiration date. (We give an extra credit of 25% on top of your order value).

If you missed the personal message from us, send us a message via info@thegreatilluminary.nl or use the contact form on our webshop. Always mention your order number. Keeping, converting or cancelling your pre-order is free of charge. Refunds for cancelled pre-orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days.

Other information:

• We have not received any information about a reprint of products from SET 1 and do not expect this. Regarding the shift and reallocation of stock, we are still waiting for clarification from the supplier.
• We will always adhere to the recommended retail prices of the suppliers.
• Any changes to the recommended retail prices for SET 1 will not affect existing pre-orders (unless this is to your advantage).
• Gift cards cannot be converted into cash.
• Gift cards have no expiration date.
